How?

Partner with other organisations to jointly undertake activities such as research or publishing or development of tools or formative assessment practices.

Enter into a contract to provide services to another entity (for example PLD services) and engage a few contractors to deliver these services on a fixed term basis.  This could include secondments, e.g. teachers could be seconded from Daisies or other services.

Respond to opportunities from the government and deliver against these.  An example, might be Innovation and Research Hub start-ups.

Contract for the delivery of services such as carrying out research on behalf of the Trust – an example might be contracting Daisies or another entity.

Employ staff directly, for example to provide advocacy, sit on working groups or provide consulting services.

Establish a new entity, as a social enterprise, to provide goods or services on an ongoing basis.  The profits could then be directed to fund other activities.
